At ASCND, we’ve built a **transparent, high-earning commission model** that ensures everyone—from setters to dealers—gets rewarded for their contribution. Below is a breakdown of how commission is earned at each level.
🚀 How You Get Paid
Commissions are based on **Price Per Watt (PPW) Sold** minus the **baseline for your role** and system size.
Formula:
(PPW Sold - Baseline) x System Size
Setter Deals: If a setter is involved, they earn 50% of commissions above their **setter base (2.65 PPW)**
Overrides: Leaders earn the **difference between their base and their downline’s base**.

Let’s say you **sell at $5.00 PPW** and the system size is **8,000 watts (8kW)**.
Self-Generated Deal:
($5.00 - $2.35) x 8,000 = $21,200 (Dealer Earnings)
Setter Deal: (Setter Base: $2.65 PPW)
($5.00 - $2.65) x 8,000 = $18,800 → 50% Split with Setter
Sales Leader Override:
Leader earns difference between **$2.45 (their base) - their rep’s base**.
